FaithFilter – A Christian reference for digital discernment.
About Us
FaithFilter was founded by a couple who has been married for almost 15 years. They are expecting their sixth child soon, and enjoy homeschooling their children. They enjoy feeding their souls with good content and their bodies with nutritional food. You can follow them on Facebook where they mostly post about books the kids are reading and motherhood content, or on X where the posts are more about podcasts, books, and articles.
FaithFilter was designed to be more about promoting the beneficial resources on the internet, more than us, so you won't see too much about us on our website. However, we'll provide a little insight into our lives:
- Dad – enjoys reading, playing & watching sports (football and soccer), and listening to podcasts and sermons. His favorite podcasts are Stand to Reason w/ Greg Koukl, The Briefing w/ Albert Mohler, and Inside the Epicenter w/ Joel C. Rosenberg.
- Mom – Homeschooling our kids, hanging out with family and friends, and playing sports. She enjoys Nancy Guthrie books, Durenda Wilson podcasts and books, and the Heavenly Homemakers Blog.
- Kids – Building with Legos (daily…), reading, listening to Adventures in Odyssey episodes, playing outside, watching The Hobbit & Lord of the Rings movies (the Peter Jackson version, of course).
Why FaithFilter
Over the years, many Christians and Christian organizations have had a significant positive impact on our family's walk with God. Because of their impact, whether it was preaching, teaching, books, podcasts, videos, etc., we found ourselves constantly referring other people to them (we call them “resources” on FaithFilter) and their content. We also realized it can be difficult for new Christians to search the internet and “filter” through resources that claim to be “Christian” but actually advocate for anti-biblical views. One day, we decided to make a list of some of the best resources we've come across, put them into an Excel spreadsheet, and categorize them. When we realized how large the list was, we decided we should make a website to share it with others! FaithFilter is the result!

What We Believe
- •We believe in the triune God of the Bible; God the Father, God the Son (Jesus), and God the Holy Spirit. One God, three persons.
- •We believe the Bible is the Word of God, and every word of it is true. It's meaning does not change with the culture.
- •We believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God. He died for our sins, rose from the dead, and He will return.
- •We believe all people have sinned and fall short of God's standard and glory.
- •We believe there is no hope for anyone to be justified before God except by repenting and believing in Jesus Christ.
- •We believe the best and most fulfilling life a person can ever live is one in full communion with God, for we were made by Him and for Him.
